Confession and Forgiveness
P: Blessed be the Holy Trinity, + one God, who calls us into an everlasting hope, who guides us into springs of the water of life, who enlightens us with the spirit of wisdom.
C: Amen.
P: One with the communion of saints in all times and places, let us confess our sin against God and one another.
Silence is kept for reflection.
P: O God, our merciful redeemer,
C: we confess the ways we live only for ourselves. We fail to see you in our neighbour’s face. We turn our ears from voices that cry out. We pass by the hungry and the oppressed. In your great mercy, forgive our sin, and strengthen us for service to all in need; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
P: In the mercy of almighty God, Jesus Chris was given to die for you, and for his sake, God forgives + you all your sin. Blessed are you! Rejoice and be glad, beloved people of God.
C: Amen.

- · The TLCW Praise Offering/Christmas Party is on December 1st at 10am. This year we wish to help seniors in the various care facilities in Grande Prairie. Some seniors are unable to afford/access basic necessities for personal care. Donations for men and women would be appreciated. Some suggestions: tooth brushes, toothpaste, denture cleaning tablets, emery boards, hairbrushes/combs, eyeglass cleaning spray or wipes, soft facial tissues, lip balm, shaving foam, hand/body lotion, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hairspray/mouse. Scent free or lightly scented products are preferred in these facilities, and smaller sizes of items would be ideal for individual residents. There will be a collection box by the TLCW notice board in the Social Hall. Thank you for helping the TLCW help others in our community.
- · The Sunday School Program will be held during Service on Dec. 16th. Following Service there will be Soup and a Silent Auction/Raffle. All are welcome.
- · The east (back) doors will be locked at 10:05 am on Sunday mornings following the beginning of worship and before the beginning of Sunday School. The main entrance (glass doors) will remain open.
- · Please remember to lock your vehicle anytime while at the church. Items have been taken from one of our member's vehicle recently. In a similar vein, please don't leave valuables/keys, etc. in pockets or anywhere at the back door; in the past, items have been taken during worship services and meetings.
